School Management

A dedicated education workspace connected to school fees, campus commerce, inventory, and accounting.

Manage the student journey from application through enrollment, teaching, assessment, reporting, progression, and transfer. Guardians receive controlled portal access while school shops and cafeterias use the shared POS.

What the School Management module covers

The workspace is organized around complete operational responsibilities, not a collection of disconnected menu labels.

01

Admissions and student lifecycle

Capture applications, decisions, student records, guardians, enrollment, status changes, progression, completion, and transfers.

02

Academic setup and teaching

Organize academic years, terms, classes, subjects, teacher assignments, timetable periods, and staff teaching views.

03

Attendance, assessment, and reports

Record attendance, define assessments, enter scores, apply grading, produce report cards, and preserve academic history.

04

Fees and guardian access

Configure fee structures, post student charges and payments, track balances, and provide controlled guardian portal access.

05

Campus commerce

Use shared POS, inventory, and accounting for school shops, bookshops, cafeterias, uniforms, learning materials, or other campus sales.

Records kept by the workspace

These are the principal operational records staff create, update, review, or hand to another connected module.

  • Applications, admission decisions, students, guardians, and enrollment
  • Academic years, terms, classes, subjects, teachers, and timetables
  • Attendance, assessments, scores, grading, report cards, and academic history
  • Progression, rollover, completion, and student transfers
  • Fee structures, charges, payments, balances, guardian access, and campus sales

What the connected workflow is designed to improve

The module combines records, permissions, location scope, and shared services to support these practical operating results.

01

Complete student lifecycle

Admissions, enrollment, teaching, attendance, assessment, reports, progression, completion, and transfers remain connected instead of being maintained in isolated registers.

02

Role-focused academic work

Admissions officers, teachers, academic administrators, bursars, shop staff, and guardians receive separate menus and actions suited to their responsibilities.

03

Connected fees and campus commerce

Student charges, payments, balances, school-shop sales, cafeteria activity, inventory, and accounting can be reviewed together while retaining campus and branch scope.

Included functionality

The module connects the following working capabilities through one tenant and branch model.

  • Admissions applications, student records, guardians, enrollment, lifecycle, and transfers
  • Academic years, terms, classes, subjects, teaching assignments, and timetables
  • Attendance registers, assessments, score entry, grading, and report cards
  • Progression decisions, academic rollover, promotion, repetition, and completion history
  • Fee structures, student charges, balances, payments, and accounting integration
  • Secure guardian portal links plus school shop, bookshop, and cafeteria operations

How work moves through the module

A typical operating sequence; permissions and branch configuration determine who performs each step.

  1. 1

Capture the application, admission decision, student record, guardians, and enrollment

  2. 2

Assign classes, subjects, teachers, and timetable periods for the active academic term

  3. 3

Record attendance, assessments, scores, grading, report cards, and guardian communication

  4. 4

Manage fees, progression, rollover, transfers, completion, and connected campus commerce

Deployment, data ownership, and management oversight

The workspace is connected to the wider platform without removing tenant, location, department, or permission boundaries.

Deployment model

The hosted school workspace carries admissions, academic, fee, reporting, and guardian workflows. Campus shops and other supported branch operations can use the local POS and inventory application and synchronize to hosted oversight.

Access and data scope

Student, guardian, academic, and fee records are tenant controlled and retain campus or branch context where applicable. Staff only see school menus and actions granted to their roles and assignments.

Management visibility

Review applications, enrollment, attendance, assessment completion, results, progression, transfers, fee balances and payments, guardian access, campus sales, stock, and accounting outcomes by authorized campus or branch.

Assign the workspace by responsibility

Module enablement makes the workspace available to the organization. User assignments and permissions still control its menus and actions.

Administrators can combine module access with branch, store, campus, facility, department, menu, and action permissions. A shared user may work across approved workspaces without receiving access to unrelated records.

Start with School Management, then assign the right locations and people.

Hosted onboarding records the organization, first branch, business type, module selection, and owner account. Additional branches, roles, and permissions can be configured from administration.
